  I needed locksmith work done on a rental unit. I dealt with Tim at All-Security who went above and beyond my expectations. He worked with me to make sure that the issue would actually require a locksmith before making the trip and just charging me for a visit. I have dealt with plenty of contractors (good and bad). Tim was outstanding, trustworthy, thorough and well priced. I won't hesitate to ever use him again!

  I asked online how much to copy a car key. The specifics were given and the guy says 3$. I head over to the shop on Prospect and ask the guy to cut the key. I even had the blank to give him in case they did not have it in stock. I said I was willing to buy his blank if he had one also. He said he had to sell and program a whole new fob for my car. I just had the key cut at Lowes today, no problem. You can't upsell to everyone.

  We just moved into a new house and had All-Security come and re-key all the locks and add some other security features. Francis came on time and ready to work. He was able to change out a normal lock for a mul-t-lock that another company had said was impossible. And they beat the other company's price by a significant amount. Over the phone, they really knew what they were talking about and it came across as though they actually care about the security and safety of their clients, not just getting through the daily grind. We will absolutely be calling on them again if we ever have the need.
