  Purchased 3 copies of the same key and none of them worked. Although I was happy with customer service- they provided a refund immediately.

  Unable to use THIS machine to make a copy of a key. Machine ONLY accept credit cards and it WAS an awful experience. Going straight to locksmith and NEVER try this machine again.
