  We were driving from Salt Lake to Phoenix and realized we had left the key to our roof carrier. We contacted Dan while driving and arranged the time we would be arriving in Cedar City. Dan was very knowledgeable and genuinely concerned about our situation. He was very accommodating and fair. Due to the year of our carrier, Dan had to manually make a key on a Sunday, while outside in the cold. Thanks to his expertise and willingness to help, we were back on our trip in no time.   We were so pleased with his service! We got locked out of our car this evening and gave "The Locksmith" a call and it took less than 10 minutes for him to get to us (mind you it was 10 pm so we are very grateful he was willing to come right away) ✅ and he had our car opened super quickly! Very reasonable pricing, fast, and valuable service!! Thank you so much!

  5 star customer service!! This guy didn’t hesitate to refer a different locksmith just in case I couldn’t wait the ETA quoted. I decided to wait and by chance a tow truck pulled up next to me at the rest area where I was locked out of my running semi. I called the locksmith back and told him what was going on and he assured me that i should use the guy who was already on scene. It’s clear where his priorities are. Customer service over $$! The least I could do was let everyone in the area looking for a locksmith know they’d be in good hands.
