I hate that AAA uses these guys. They do not answer the phone, waited 5 hours for them to show up with no communication before going with AJ’s who showed up in under 15 minutes for $100 from Cane Run Rd to Westport.

While traveling in a RV back to Toledo we had a tire blowout and the owner came in right away and fixed us up. It was a Sunday afternoon and the business was closed. It was very much appreciated!!!

Super expensive for the service. Didn't allow card payment after verifying that was preferred.  I would advise going elsewhere.

Im terribly sorry you had a bad experience!  If there's anything I can do to help please let me know!! With that being said... might I ask whom you spoke with & who the technician was that helped you? I just cant imagine someone here told you, you couldn't use your card all of our technicians have our mobile banking app were they can scan your card with the reader take your payment and send you a receipt. If you wouldn't mind letting me know when this took place who the technician was an what service we provided for you.

I want to give a very big thank you to Samantha! She took my call. A college kid in my first wreck. She was very sweet, professional, and caring. She actually showed concerned and made sure I was okay after the incident. I had already waited a while for another towing company in the heat.. alone.. and it was raining off and on.. just for them to call and tell me they couldn’t make it. Samantha made sure I had someone to get my vehicle within a hour of me calling. And to Donnie, the driver, thank you very much! He was also genuine and professional. Also, they don’t try to scam on prices like some other local towing companies. Hopefully won’t be in need of any of their services again anytime soon, but if I am, I know where to come! Thank you again!

I gotta give a shout out to Josh. He arrived after I had another towing company come out [via AAA] and tell me they could not change my flat tire due to a cover over my lug nuts.
He literally had the tire changed in TEN MINUTES. I cannot sing enough praises for his courtesy, professionalism and quick remedy to my issue. I am grateful I was home and not out somewhere. Thanks again!
