This place is the best. They've been in business as long as I've been in town - over 30 years. We were there having them make some copies of our safe keys. We inquired about a new lock for our home. The owner took plenty of time with us, educating us about the the differences between quality, construction and life span of the different locks available there vs. the box stores. We learned a lot. We had them over to our home to install 2 new commercial grade locks. The installer was prompt, professional, and explained everything clearly after he was finished. 100% satisfied. Highly recommended.

We just had three dead bolts installed at out house. We went in store to get help selecting a quality affordable brand to match our current knobs. The person who helped us in store was polite, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. I believe the same person did the install and again did a wonderful job while being professional. They even noticed one of our doors wasn't shutting well and fixed it. This is certainly going above and beyond and that certainly deserves a five star review.  I would highly recommend their services, and use them again myself.

How a company acts when things go wrong are what proves they deserve my money. An unusual occurrence (potentially no fault of their own) left me quite sour. I have an aggressive response during things like this, and the assurance I got made me confident they would "make things right." The service they provided in that moment was in my opinion above and beyond.

I have used them for a number of keys of various styles I do not have any hesitation to use them again in the future. (and I likely will).

They get a 5 star for the impressive response and assistance they provided me. I was gearing up for an argument and they 100% took care of me; and there was nothing to disagree about.

I needed a Chevy key duplicated. The key is one of the flip out style key w/attached fob. I called the dealership and was told the key cost $300 so I searched Amazon and bought one for under $20 with free shipping. I brought the blank key to Adam lock and safe and they rudely refused to cut the key that I provided. They would only cut the key if I bought it from them for several hundred dollars.... the same key that I bought for $20. These guys are insane, they expect a 97% margin on a key that cost them less then $12! I picked Adams lock & safe because I am also in the market for a new rifle safe and thought I could shop for a safe while there, however their rude and unprofessional chased away a my business . I’ll buy a $2500 safe from their competitors!

Wonderful professional service.  I went initially for some replacement of old, very old keys.  It was recommended to me to contact a company to change out a mechanism which would be at not cost to me. I intend to return there for  future services.
