  These guys are absolutely awesome!! My wife and I got locked out on our 3rd story balcony. Their technician, Patrick got here in a hurry and was incredibly professional and got us back inside. I will only be using this company from here on out when needed. We will be recommending this company to all our friends and family!

  I had a very good time at Action Locksmith. The staff were very responsive to what I wanted and the questions I asked. Reggie Jackson was very professional with me and help me with my order.

  Disappointed. I called and asked if they had an OEM keyfob. They confirmed they did and that I would need to drive to the Murray store. I went to the store, asked them to program a keyfob, the guy assured me it was OEM. They then proceeded to program the keyfob and cut the key. When it was done, they handed me the key fob and it is a cheap Chinese knock off selling for 46 bucks on Amazon. The markings for the suspension button is incorrect and the branding on the back is missing. Very disappointed. Lost my business for future issues. Sad -- they were my go to place.

  Christopher, I wanted to make sure I was fully informed prior to replying, so it's taken me a few days. You're right, the remote is not OEM. However, it was a honest mistake. The employee, that helped you, did some investigating and found several remotes had been sent to us as OEM remotes which turned out to be aftermarket. We are in the process of exchanging the aftermarket remotes with OEM. I have a OEM remote for your vehicle here. We'll exchange that remote for you if you can return the old one to our store.
