  NOW THATS WHAT I CALL SERVICE!!! I called and within just a couple minutes we had a call from a technician letting us know that we were just behind another customer and would be over ASAP. Within an hour he took care if that customer, drove to my house, popped my car lock and made me another key with the fob. Highly recommend!!

  Unbelievably bad customer service. Avoid this business at all costs! Use Arrow Lock instead. Arrow is kind, courteous and professional. The person at "accurate" answering the phone had an incredibly rude and unprofessional demeanor and was very defensive and argumentative. I own a small business and called to inquire if he could help us access an accidentally locked door in our offices and he absolutely refused to tell me how much it would cost to have them come out. "Well, we can't do it right now, why do you need to know?" WHAT? I simply needed to compare prices so if we needed their help the next day, or later in the week if we could not fix it ourselves, we would have the information. Wow. Glad we never had to use this service! I will be so amused if they respond defensively to this review, as they have to all the other negative reviews. If, so, case in point! :) Notice they do not take responsibility in their responses but blame the customer. Do you really want to give that kind of business your money?

  I'm sorry you've had this experience. When you called we were booked for the day and I was running the shop by myself with customers at the counter and a heavy workload and calls to return. Once I told you that we could not schedule the call until the next day and you told me that you needed it the same day, that really was end of discussion. However, I did provide the phone number for a good locksmith who might be able to take care of you. However, you kept insisting on getting a price from me. I tried to tell you I didn't have time. Besides taking time I didn't have, our policy is to not provide a price if we can't do the job. Providing a price is an offer to provide services but if we can't provide the service we will not provide a price. I'm glad that you were able to have your problem solved.
