  Our daughter’s vehicle was hit in the parking lot at school in L.A. and repairs there were going to take weeks and we were going to have to put down a “parts deposit”. She came home for a week and we made an excellent decision to have repairs done at Above and Beyond. We couldn’t be happier with the outstanding repairs and service received (and NO parts deposit!). Her car looks new and the repairs were completed exactly when promised and status updates were provided along the way. We truly felt like a valued customer at all times during the process. Mike Paim and his team exceeded our expectations and made this a very positive and easy experience. It was like working with a trusted friend and I can’t say enough good things about this shop. I would highly recommend Above And Beyond. Mike followed up after the repairs were done to be sure we were completely satisfied. They also have 24/7 tow services which gives me peace of mind knowing that my family will be taken care of and have the same outstanding service if our vehicles break down.

  This is my 3rd time using Above and Beyond Auto within a span of 10 years. Their service remains to be consistent with excellence! They have made me feel like I am their #1 customer and I wouldn't even think twice about using a different body shop. Everything from follow up, communication, scope of time frame, accuracy and deliverance of promise is top notch. I have a very demanding schedule which isn't very flexible, but they accommodated it anyway and didn't make me feel like I was a burden. There are too many little details that I can say to point out the fact that the service is truly in the name, "Above and Beyond". In the words of Mr. T... "I pity the fool" who chooses to take their precious vehicle to a different facility. Special shout out to Mike, known as "The other Mike" who is definitely an asset there. Also, there are two Mikes and both of them were awesome. I can go on and on, but they are highly recommended. I wish for everyone that has to go through getting bodywork completed; go through Above and Beyond. You won't regret it in my opinion .

  If the name doesn't say it, this is the place to get your vehicle fixed, big or small they have my trust and confidence that they'll make my car look like I just drove it off the dealership lot. They communicated with me throughout the whole process and made everything streamlined. Will be coming to them for all my repair needs in the future.
