  We got locked out of our apartment, and both the property manager was out of town as was the property repairman. So we called Abel Lock and Key. He was on his way to a call out of town but still managed to squeeze us in within 15 minutes of our call. Reasonably priced, we will definitely use the service again.

  Called this guy about making another key for my car and he said send him info and he will get back with me!! Waited one week after and called again and left a message. No call back!! Would not recommend at all if he doesn't have the time to at least call you back!!

  We lost our key and called at 8:30 pm. He gave us a 1.5 hour quoted wait time. I called and only able to leave message at the 2, 3 and 4 hour marks. He never did show up or call to let us know he wasn't coming. We could have called someone else that night had he communicated. Ended up sleeping in the car.
