Excellent.  Prompt.  Good communication. Re-key or replaced 5 locks in a new home. Reasonable price.  Made as many keys as needed with no extra cost.

He came out to me to meet me at my car, was super nice. The service fast quick and he was very generous. HIGHLY recommend. I've used his services twice now and it's was great and convenient. If I lose my car keys again I know who to call

Jamie was professional and came to my location to cut a new key for my car.  He worked quickly and the new keys work much better than the old one, which was worn down beyond recognition.  He was also knowledgeable about issues specific to my car's ignition.

Had an issue when changing the battery in my key fob. When opening the fob and taking the battery out a metal piece fell out and I had no idea where it went. Called this number and spoke with Jamie. He let me send pictures of the fob and fallen piece and he sent a photo of what it was supposed to look like. He made no money off the service but saved me a ton of money and stress! Very recommend!

I manage The Storage Center and we always have prompt ,polite service at a reasonable price. I would recommend this business to anyone needing keys made to changing , serving and or replacing door knobs. They even help with keys for car issues.

I was in a real bind because my car key (transponder) was stuck in the ignition and would not budge, it would only click to the "Acc" (accessory) position, but nothing else. To make matters worse, my car windows were rolled down and I couldn't get the key to the "On" position to roll them up. (Side note: the car was in park, and steering was not locked).

Spoke with Jamie at AAA Lock Services at 9:30am today and by 10:00am he came to my car at my residence and was ready to start working. Before he came my way though, he asked me some vital questions to assist him with the fix. I could tell by the questions he asked, that he knew what he was doing.

He was very professional (shirt was tucked in, clothes were not messy, greeted me with a handshake), courteous, super organized and pleasant to work with. He had all the tools he needed in his truck to get the job done and he even educated me on the process as he worked. He was able to fix the ignition components of my 2007 Toyota Corolla within 1 hour. I had called other places in town and some other locksmiths did not feel comfortable/confident with my situation. I am glad I got in touch with him!

Would I use AAA Lock Services Inc again? In a heartbeat, especially if Jamie is the one working! The price he quoted me on the phone was what he charged me as well. Talk about an honest and trustworthy professional!

AWFUL SERVICE.  Did NOT fix my locks and refused to even come back and check them.  Hung up on me twice.  Asked him to man up and check them - click, hung up.  BEWARE.  I am calling another service now.
