  Extremely knowledgeable. Excellent work performed. Richard was on time, and explained everything in detail. This was my second time using his services. Could not find anyone else in Desoto county, or in Charlotte county that were able to fix the issues that we were having. Richard identified the issue we were having just from me sending him photos. He also brought the proper hardware the first time. I highly recommend his services.

  This guy was the bomb, he arrived introduced himself, changed batteries in our keyless entry door, and was finished in no time. I would definitely call him again, for any locks.
