  Didn't hate the place but hate the fact Google Maps and this "store's" website sent me on a wild goose chase, looking for an actual storefront. Forget the instructions to drive way the hell around Cattleman Rd and just turn in at Lowe's, fer cryin' out loud, because this is only a tiny freakin' kiosk inside that store--which I couldn't even find until *after* I'd found a counter where a guy happily made a key for me. Ran into the Minute Key thing like 12 feet away as I headed to the checkout.

  After setting an appointment, because I had to drive to the location and meet them there, they never showed up and they never called. I called them and they informed me that they had no one in my area, which would have been nice to know prior to the appointment time.
