  Our e-bike carrier locking key broke off in the lock. Tyler and Mark sorted it out for us in a very efficient and friendly manner. Excellent service we were extremely pleased, Thank You!

  I would like to thank Scott for helping me this morning. I had keys that needed cutting, car key replaced and a locked wooden box that needed opening. He was so helpful and efficient with everything he did. The cost was more than fair. This is the place to go if you need help with your locks and Scott is the man for the job.

  Professional service and friendly staff. A1 were busy but managed to send someone out to after a 90min wait. Took them 5min to expertly unlock my car less than 6km from a1 office. Was charged $275 which seems very high?! Price was never discussed, which is my fault but I was desperate borrowing a phone at the time.

  Hi Anj, Glad you where happy with our service, the vehicle we unlocked for you is a high security vehicle and requires expert training to be able to open these, and expensive tools. The locksmith did not come from the shop in osborne park as this is only a store front and not our head base, he would have come from a previous job.
