We had Bullant Security Rockinghamn change the barrel in a lock for us at our house.
He was a lovely young man who did an excellent job and he was very professional.

Beyond terrible. Avoid. Some kid was sent to install a very basic door lock. He didn’t even test it before walking off. Then I had to point out that the door frame didn’t have a recess for the lock which was so bloody basic. So he drilled out the aluminium frame but left a pile of shavings on the floor and when he was asked to clean it up he said he didn’t have a vacuum so he left the shavings in the carpet. Then the lock wasn’t working. After a lot of stuffing around I realised he didn’t even change the barrel and mechanism so he had to do that too. A five minute job turned into me having to educate him over the course of twenty minutes how to do his job. Will never use them again and I doubt half their staff are licensed. We also asked for extra keys and we’re told their cutting machine isn’t working and we could go get our own cut.
