  I cannot say enough wonderful things about the service I received from A-1 Locksmith. I am a petsitter who got locked out of a client's home while they were out of town. I called A-1 Locksmith and Steven showed up IMMEDIATELY. I was genuinely surprised at the response time. Steven was super friendly and understanding. He gained me access. Made me 2 new keys and it didn't cost me as much as I have been told it would from other locksmiths, by at least, if not, more than $100. I highly recommend A-1 Locksmith and will be using them for any future access emergencies.

  They were polite, pleasant, intelligent, and technically proficient. The installation of our electronic lock was a simple, and he even helped with the app. It was a fantastic experience, and we are thrilled with our new lock!

  We had a fairly bizarre situation where our deadbolt broke while we were still *inside* our apartment, and for some reason it was jammed inside the doorframe and wouldn't come loose, so we couldn't exit our place. We called a few different locksmiths to try and figure out the issue, and Steven was far and away the most responsive (his rates were reasonable, too). He ended up suggesting multiple approaches for fixing the problem, and one of them ended up working. We would be glad to work with him again.
