  Awful service, when arriving on site was extremely rude to two staff members. Previously had called and confirmed we needed three locks replaced, one outside door and two inside doors. Upon arrival complained about the job even though it was previously explained... also complained about being paid yet no service was even provided, we were prepared to pay whatever cost to replace these locks. Unsure why Dennis showed up with such a bad attitude considering no plans were changed, nothing was added, literally on arrival just awful customer service skills. Also as Dennis was leaving - Staff had to ask due to the arguing and rude behavior - Dennis felt it was appropriate to slam a door in a female staff's face. Classy business.

  Locked my keys in the car last night call a1 lock the next morning the were here in very quick timing. And opened the car even quicker and efficiently without any damage or problems. Very friendly. I highly recommend if your in a bind. thank you a1 lock...

  I went in to get a new key/fob for my Subaru. She immediately told me that she couldn't reset a Subaru that I had to go to the dealer. I guess that's somewhere in Boise. BUT she took my fob and checked that it actually was sending a signal that the problem is on the car's side. She said she'd heard it might sometimes be caused by a fuze. That a lot of free help and it was GREATLY appreciated! That's a locksmith that takes their work seriously and really just wants to help even though she knew I wasn't buying a service or part. Which is smart because now I will ALWAYS come here first and I have told everyone how wonderfully I was treated. There may not be much in our little town, but we DO have a great locksmith!
