  Mike was a great locksmith and a downright nice person! We had some minor scheduling issues at first but the Company stepped-up to the plate and took care of everything ASAP and A. Burgess is an excellent Company. They do great work and actually care about their clients as well.👍 Unfortunately that's hard to find nowdays. Heck my extra house key they made works a lot smoother/better than the original keys and my new car key was <1/2 $Price$ of👎Auffenberg Mazda👎, who had a big attitude problem as well (Parts department), they were not customer friendly👎 and works Great🙂 and Auffenberg said NO KEY but theirs would work, WRONG. Use A. Burgess, a great Company, solid people and they get the job done at a fair price with excellent service!

  Placed a call at 8:05AM today requesting key be made for our 2004 Toyota Camry. Met up with locksmith one hour later in O'Fallon. Key was made and 2 remotes were formatted to our car. Professional service was done and price was very fair. Highly recommend this business.

  Could not have been more pleased with my experience. Locked my keys in my running car, and additionally, my driver side door was not properly functioning. The gentleman who came out to help was prompt (less than 30 minutes arrival time). He diligently worked, in the rain, well past a point that even I'd lost hope, and ultimately got the door open. He was pleasant and professional. I enthusiastically recommend this company, and would definitely use again!
