  They were able to create and duplicate a key that no one else, including Home Depot and Lowes, could not.

  The key was made quickly and worked when I got home. I wish there was a silver key option. I did not care for the standard gold key option. I think its neat that I could save my fingerprint and email. If I ever get locked out, the machine has my key saved and i can just get another made.

  As soon as you walk into Bed Bath & Beyond,the yellow box was immediately to your left inside the doors. Very easy to understand instructions. Didn't even need to remove key from ring. Insert and a few minutes later, you have your key copy. Saves key information, so you will never be locked out of your home again. Only negative is that the key was not brushed after being cut, so there are some very sharp metal edges on my copies. Would also like more key design options, but very impressed, and the one copy I checked worked without issue. So assume the others are good too.
