  If you're in a real dilemma, I would not recommend these guys. I don't know if they are incapable or just unwilling to problem solve, but they left me in a real dilemma the night before Thanksgiving. I'd just moved into a new house and had made several copies of the house key, but accidentally gave my friend (who was taking care of my dogs for me while I was out of town) the wrong key. I was literally boarding a connecting flight in Denver, when my friend called me to let me know what happened. I quickly called A & B and explained the situation, and, at first, they were completely unwilling to help if I couldn't point out where the spare key was inside my house, but I couldn't remember where I put the copies--which to their defense makes complete sense because they can't just be letting anyone into someone's home. But bad situations do happen to real and honest people and they seemed unwilling to comprehend that. After a few minutes of desperately pleading and negotiating about what I could provide in the house to prove it was mine, they agreed to help. However, after I landed at my destination, my friend said that when A & B arrived, and when they were walking up to the door of my house to get it unlocked, the lock guy just out of nowhere says, "This is too weird" and gets in his vehicle and leaves my friend still locked out of my house and my dogs still hungry inside. I tried calling A & B several times after I landed to see why that happened, but they sent my calls to voicemail every single time. So, I would highly recommend Advanced Lock and Key, who my friend ended up calling and who did come through for us to save the night after A & B bailed.

  Brandon and all of the people at A&B have been wonderful over the years. I have a business, rental and my own house they have worked on. Very friendly, fast and cost effective. Best locksmith in town!

  Accidentally left our bike lock key at home he came fast but it was way over priced for the 10 second cut of the chain. 55 dollars to cut a wire seems pretty pricey to me.

  We charge a mobile fee. It's $45.00 during regular daytime hours, and is generally $55.00 after hours. Stepping up as it gets later. You were charged the after hour minimum, for going out. Your bike lock was free.
