  Did a great job. I was concerned at first because some of the peaks on the original did not show on the new keys. I called the support number and the person explained that the machine does not cut what it thinks is not needed. She was ready to refund my money, but since the explanation was given, I told her not to refund. I explained that I'd go home and try the keys first. Got home and they worked great. All in all, great experience.

  I had previously had people make keys for my front door and none of them worked, even after I went back and had them re-made. I was very surprised and pleased when all four copies of my front door key worked the first time! And it was so handy to get the keys made!

  I had a resident that needed a new mailbox key, he took the master and went to have a spare made. It didn't work so he tried again somewhere else and that key didn't work either. I got the master back from him and had a copy made in a local key me machine & tested it. I was able to open his mailbox and give him a copy of his mail key.
