  Extremely weird experience with them. I locked my keys in my car, and I called them to pop the door open. They matched the price of a competitor, which was awesome! The tech was very fast, super helpful, and generally awesome. However, the dispatcher called me after the service had been performed and yelled (literally yelled, I don't remember the last time another adult yelled at me) about how I swindled him and that he didn't agree to the price I was charged (he did). Weird customer service strategy, I was ready to use them to make duplicates of my fob car keys, but now I will definitely not be using them. UPDATE: He called me and offered to refund me to take this review down. I'll bet that is what happens with a lot of negative reviews. I would look for a locksmith elsewhere.

  The guy who came out was aggressive, irritated, and talked over me. He got angry when I tried to ask questions. He bent door parts rather than carefully taking them apart and then he left with a part of our door.

  Had an emergency at about 2 am and called them for assistance with a lock-out. The first call I made, they hung up immediately. i called back and gave all my information and was told a technician would contact me within 5-10 minutes. After 30 min, there was no call so i called back. I was told again that a technician would call in me in 5-10 minutes. 2.5 hours later I solved my own issue and never received a call back. Poor service, would not recommend them in any kind of emergency situation.
