  If I could give them a million stars I would! Zack was so amazing, kind, knowledgeable, and really went the extra mile in every way possible. It was late and many places weren't even answering but they answered and came right away with an accurate estimate. I even left my wallet in his truck and he came back to deliver it to me right away and I asked to tip again and he's so kind he wouldn't allow me to. Gave me great recommendations and advice as well. Best tow I've ever had and he made a bad night into a better one with all of his help. Definitely going to be my tow service forever - would recommend to everyone! ♡

  Hit black ice at the rest area, near Shepardville, slide off access road, of course couldn't get my vehicle back on the road. After calling about 30 or so different companies FINALLY, our guardian angel showed up to rescue us. To say this has been the best experience with towing company ive ever had would be a total understatement. He kept talking me thru everything, keeping me calm and collected before I completely lost it. Had me laughing by the end of the conversation, so very thankful for all your hard work and quick response. No amount of money could repay my gratitude for your kindness. Thank you again.

  This place is amazing!!! I was driving with my family and hit a pothole and all of a sudden my car started shaking and locked up on me. Had to call a tow the first people i called wanted way to much. So I call this towing service to get an estimate. Not only did he give a good and reasonable price he asked me what was wrong with my car. Then proceeded to tell me he might be able to save me some money. Instructed me to go to my trunk bring down the liner and press the button on my inertia dampener and just like that my car was working. No mechanic, no missing out on work and no tow. The owner saved me so much money me and my family cannot be more grateful thank you.
