  Shay came through when I needed an unusual lock for a property I was trying to sell. He stopped by the job site the same day and the part arrived a few days later. The trust he instilled in me to make the payment after the job was completed was extremely appreciated. He made doing business, easy. He's also very nice, which is always a plus! I'd definitely use 101 Locksmith again and would recommend him to anyone in need of a locksmith. He's awesome! Thanks again, Shay!

  I recently sold my house and needed to do a few repairs before turning it over to the new owner. I have taken service from this company a few times before so, even this time I called them and as usual they responded quickly to my request to have my sliding patio door lock repaired and were able to assess it with pictures in advance of arriving. We were originally scheduled for Thursday, but he was able to come a day earlier on Wednesday. The locksmith quoted me and stuck to his quoted price and he was in and out within 30 minutes. Great guy, great service, I highly, highly recommend!

  I highly recommend this company for its locksmith services! they provided excellent service and are extremely knowledgeable/experienced in their trade. Their locksmith replaced 2 exterior deadbolt locks and rekeyed them so they would work on one key. His work is thorough, ensuring the locks were working properly without sticking or jamming. He also educated me on what he was doing during the installation process and answered any questions I had. Once the installation was complete, he provided a tutorial for me on the locks he installed. His pricing was transparent and competitive. I like the fact he kept constant communication via text (for any time changes due to traffic) with me before arriving. With such great service, I wouldn't mind recommending them to anyone I know.
