  ****Please everyone...look at the photo attached....this is a key I got a month ago..and Yoel is telling me it is new for $180***** If I could put zero star is what I would select. I bought a new alarm key for $180 a month ago from Yoel. The alarm open up when I was starting the car. I noticed the inside looked very old and I called him and told him. I am stranded on the road. And I called this man to tell him the situation...and he flat out told me it is not an old key and there is nothing that he can do and that I am not to call him back. I will not call this unprofessional man again. I will just stand the lost of $180...and get my key done the right way. I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else. Be careful of this guy YOEL from this company 7/8/21 Yoel, I don't have time to deal with unprofessional people who claim to be operating a business and have no clue. Yes..I did say to you please don't let me call the police because you're unfair and you told me that they could talk to your lawyer. I went to a different locksmith and I play the conversation between you and I and he was disgusted by your behavior. You probably know him Manny...stated is people like you give their company bad name. You are a terrible person. And again, people beware of this man. I have no reason to lie but he do..I already moved on to another locksmith who came and gave me a new key. I also got my warranty and I am happy with the service. You told me not to call you back and I sure didn't. Useless..

  Good afternoon everyone, including Jackie, I'll tell you that I made her a new key on May / 18/2021 and she just called me saying that her key was broken and when she opened it it was dirty and she thinks it's old but it's not like that , I told him that I could solve the problem tomorrow morning and he told me that I was not a professional and I explained that I was in my personal car and that it was too late to solve the problem and he threatened to call me the police and what would I tell him to his husband who is a policeman (threatening me with his husband) and I told him that I had no problem calling the police and that that way we would solve things by law ...

  I've just used their services on a very difficult key, having lost the only one I had for my 2013 BMW. High praises to them, they were quick to respond, knowledgeable and extremely personable and professional. I'm very satisfied with their work and recommend them fully. Look nowhere else
