  They are friendly. Had a half a dozen locks rekeyed all match to one new key. They made two copies of the new key. I noticed that one of the copy keys had a different shape from the new key and the other copy key. I inquired about the difference and asked if this would be an issue and they said no. I asked why was the key different and they said they didn’t have any more of the other key style in stock it should be fine. Well I distributed the keys to the very important people that needed them and proceeded to go on my vacation so that they will be able to get in my building without waiting for me to return. Well on day 2 of my trip I got a very distressful phone call. One of those very important people could not open the locks with that odd looking key. The very key I questioned before leaving Wolfe Locke. I take some responsibility for not testing the keys when I returned but I was confident that there would be no issue because the first copied key worked fine and had been used frequently all along. The second copy of the key had not been attempted until I was already out of the state. Oddly enough the key went in the knob lock turned and opened it. It also went in the deadbolt but would not turn it at all. Remember it’s one key for all the locks. After many minutes in the hot sun trying to unlock the door we decided to go to another door in the rear that had the same locks that Wolfe rekeyed.. But to our surprise the key did not turn any of those locks so we were stranded with a very important person outside along with a company and their crew. I ended up having to call the other very important person with the other copied key for him to come into town just to open the door for all of these important people. At the end of it all the one key that worked had to be given to the workers until I got back from vacation. Wolf lock will now have to fix this key situation Which I’m sure will just be them making another copy of the original key. The headache and stress and back-and-forth Over this malfunctioning key has been enormous. I guess everyone is entitled to a mistake here and there so I will give them another chance when I need some lock issues. I really hope this was just a fluke.

  Came out and changed locks on 3 doors, all keyed the same, for new house. Very efficient and reasonable. Highly recommend!
