I definitely agree with other reviewers about the receptionist. My first job was in reception and I cannot emphasis enough how important first impressions are--first impressions that are typically made by the person or people who answer the phone.

11/29.  Rudest woman in the world.   We took our business elsewhere and would NEVER recommend this business.

I ordered a blank key for my 2015 Kia Soul and brought it in to Wilson's to get it copied as a backup car key. Service was outstanding. I got in and out in about 5 minutes and the price was more than reasonable. They got all the equipment to handle any key request you throw at them.

I went in for a key copying... she was done in about a minute... and it worked PERFECTLY! Inexpensive and great service!

They are absolutely fantastic! I don’t usually write reviews, but definitely will use them whenever I need anything for my locks. When I called after the holiday weekend to see if there was any chance they could fit me in, they were so nice and said they were full but if there were any cancellations they would call me. They called me later and said they could fit me in last minute. Larry was so helpful and was able to come change all my locks and even taught me a couple tricks. Great prices, awesome service and very honest!

Laser cut an aftermarket key fob I got off ebay instead of paying a car dealership $80-90 for a blank electronic key fob. She made a dummy key first to make sure that the cut would work and then cut the blank that I provided. Very professional. The good banter gets high marks from me as well.

I have nothing but good things to say about Wilson's Locksmith.  I go in to get a challenging key made--it works.  I need advice about motorcycle immobilizer device--the advice is helpful.  Most recently my place of business needed some locks re-keyed and the process went through without a hitch.  I appreciate more and more local businesses such as this one.

A great experience deserves to be shared!  Folks that truly offer a quality service to the public need to be made known.  Today I had a great experience with Wilson's Locksmith in Sonoma.  To begin the lady handling the calls was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful.  She asked a few questions.  And before the day was over my key problem was resolved, not only resolved, but resolved in the best fashion.  The work was top notch, no glitches, no problems with what was done and how it was done.  Wilson's is second to none when it comes to any problems or issues related to the broader reaches of locksmithing.  They know what to do and how to do it ... and they do it at a very fair and reasonable price.  Give them a try.  You'll be as pleased as I have been.

I love Wilson’s. The lady that works here is very friendly and always takes good care of whatever needs I have when I arrive. Even when the store is busy she is always very attentive and respectful
