Andy was so competent and understanding. I felt like a fool when I locked myself out. The WK van was there as I returned home. The door was opened, carefully, so I know it wasn’t damaged or easy to pick. And the service fee was reasonable. I will go there to get another set of keys. Thank you WK and Andi.

Great customer service.   They helped me with finding a simple screw to repair a broken door handle.  Sure made for a positive experience.   Also a very well equipped showroom.    It’s obvious they know locks.

After a mishap with a lost key, I needed to replace a lock on my main, exterior door, and I needed it done ASAP!  I looked up information on my door lock type, which was at least twenty years old, I knew what type of lock it was, and how to replace it, but couldn't find anywhere locally, (think big box home/construction stores,) to find the parts.

After going to Home Depot, (see my review on them,) I was directed to Willis Klein Locks.  They not only were able to talk to me about my lock, but had everything I needed.  They even asked if I would need then to install it, or if I was going to do it myself.  They were understanding, helpful, and very friendly.

They saved me a lot of time and money, in more ways than just by providing what I needed.

I have been working with Leigh in the Westport Showroom now for almost 4 years! Every time I go to the store I am greeted with a smiling and professional familiar face. Always going above and beyond to fulfill both mine and my customer's (at times) ridiculous requests. Especially when it comes to custom, unique or replacement parts. Can't say enough good things about Willis Klein and Leigh! So happy to have them as part of my supply team.

I only have experience with their key & lock department. They are the BEST.  Always helpful and they are knowledgeable. Always go the extra distance to help me.  I have used their mobile service for door lock repair & replacement.  I called first thing in the morning and they had a repair technician to my site in Oldham County by 10:30 AM. Couldn't repair my lock, but had choice of 2 new locks on the truck. Highly recommended.  They know how to take care of their customers!
