Called around 11am and placed a request for help opening a lock on an old grandfather's clock. The person never showed up. When we called 3hrs later to ask his ETA, neither the company, nor the person ever called us back. Further, either this is the biggest locksmith company in the valley or they use an answering service; either way service from all three people I spoke with was incredibly poor. Would not recommend.
