He not only changed the lock he was able to make additional keys for a great rate. He was very professional. I definitely recommend this company.

I needed to make extra copies for my vehicle so I called around and was referred to Wilbert’s Locksmith. At the moment he was assisting someone  and took my information down so that he could call me when he was finished. Maybe about 5 minutes later , he called me back and we scheduled a time later that day to make me copies. He showed up when he says he would! I thought we were was going to be there for a while but he surprised me with how fast he made those keys!!! He was well mannered,  punctual, fast and affordable! He also has a great personality! Very personable and polite! I’m so happy that I asked around and was referred to him. I was hoping not to get strewed over & I didn’t! I HIGHLY recommend this man and his Locksmith company! I’ve had numerous horrific experiences with previous locksmiths but this company has exceeded my expectations! I locked my keys in my car and decided to give them a call. The guy arrived PROMPTLY after I called him. Other locksmiths I’ve called have taken their time to arrived and had no respect for my time. When the guy arrived, it took him no more than 2 minutes to unlock my car. In addition to that, he cut  an extra car key free of charge. I’ve had a hectic day planned and one of my major concerns was having to make cancellations. Fortunately, I  was able to jump back into the swing of things with no inconvenience whatsoever! Overall, this was a very professional company and I have had a great experience throughout the process. I HIGHLY recommend doing business with this company! Thank you so much for everything! I look forward to doing business with you in the future!

I called and made an appointment to have a new key made for my truck.  We agreed on a price and he offered to come to my home to do it, which I thought was fantastic.  However, Wilbert did not show up for the appointment.  He called, several hours after and asked when he could come by.  I let him know that he could come by anytime that afternoon.  Unfortunately, he never showed up.  I called him a half dozen times over the next two days and left him a voicemail, but he never returned my calls.  I have no idea if his work is any good, but with customer service like this, I would recommend that you look elsewhere.

Sorry this happened we normally respond to calls within the hour, if we can't get to our customers within the hour we would reschedule. Im not familiar with this call as I'm the person that mostly  take all calls and schedule appointments..

I called several companies, this one gave me the best rate and fastest service. Wilbert came to my home and was so professional. He made it all so simple. I contacted this company on a Saturday afternoon and they were promptly present at our office first thing on Monday morning!  Quick service, very professional, and very respectful towards our customers.  Very soft-spoken gentleman by the name of Edwin serviced us. I normally don't ever leave reviews for businesses but i had to this time around for Wilbert's Locksmith services. As quoted, the locksmith arrived as scheduled to my place of residency and was very professional/prompt during the process of unlocking my wife's locked SUV. Pricing was very reasonable and i would definitely know who to call the next time when i get locked out of a vehicle or building.

Program my key on my Dodge within 5 min it didn't work call him back he claims it's the key brand new but it work while he was there

Hello Mr Daniel I'm sorry you feel this way. but the technician did explain to you that we dont provide a warranty on keys a customer bought offline, and also he explained the key you got offline may or may not work before he tried to program it. As a courtesy to our customers we still tried to program a key that you offered.. also the technician did give you a full refund on the work that was done. We offer OEM Keys for any vehicle. If you'd like we can offer you one of our keys that we warranty.. please advise and let us know how we can fix this matter.
