  Great and friendly service. I had multiple locks on multiple doors that needed to be changed and they needed drilling and new holes to be created. All this happened in a quick and professional way.

  The customer service phone number that they gave us, hung up on me twice when I asked if the technician was in his way or not. He finally shows up later than scheduled and the lady who scheduled the appointment for us did not tell us the end price and lied about the fee. And the price did not include the replacement of the lock because he used a drill to open the locks. In the end, never forgetting our keys again.
