  The staff in the store are ok, they really trying help, the problem starts when the owners get involved... my best offer to them is to stay behind at the office because they are the reason why allot of people [including me] never step in this place again.

  Do not use... Spoke to Jeremy 2 weeks ago on 12/17. He said they were busy and had no appointments until after Xmas, but he would call before Xmas and will have an appointment locked up for today, Monday 12/27. Never heard from him. Called them twice. No answer. Finally got a hold of him today and he a) didn't even remember speaking with me b) said he was too booked this week c) was rude on the phone even though he was the one who screwed up d) never apologized for his mistake and finally, he hung up on me when I expressed frustration with his attitude and unprofessionalism Do not use!
