  Called out We Do Locksmith as our key fob was missing and needed to be replaced. Found this company online with good reviews so thought it was a good choice. Unfortunately this company does not even deserve 1 star. Technician arrived at my home unprepared even after knowing make and model of vehicle beforehand. He said he had to get fab from other technician and would return in 25 min. Did not return for almost 4 hours and did not answer any phone calls. Was quoted price of $285 abd then when job was complete it was $351???? Apparently taxes. Technician named Muhammad was rude from the start of this entire process. After he left the next morning car would not start. Contacted office and technician and was told he would be here within the hour. Once again……hours later he texts me and says I called the office to many times and I am making him look bad. When Muhammad finally shows up he rudely and aggressively tells me I HAVE TO PAY a $75 service charge. Come to find out he gave me a used battery from an old key fob. He says the batteries only last 2 months. Oddly enough the rest of the world says they last a few years. Moving on a week the battery on the key fob dies again. DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THE OFFICE. Apparently managers do not exist. They never call you back or take ownership for anything at all. I am very disappointed and will be following this up with the BBB to make sure this dose t happen to other people in the future.

  What a Monday! Neil did an awesome work. I don’t have enough words to express my happiness with his service. It was fast and the best part was: he understand about loosing keys and how it affects our head. This guy is wonderful. If you call them to request a replacement, get Neil. Neil is a combination of kindness and solutions! Thank you Neil!

  Neil arrived within an hour of my call and kept in touch about his arrival time with texts. He was very kind and professional. He worked quickly and efficiently to create the two keys I needed. I highly recommend this company and I'm very pleased with the service and my experience.
