  Terrence is a scam artist! Terrence was dispatched to my house to do some re-keying of outside doors as it was a new purchase. I was quoted on the phone $19 for the service call, and $19 per hole re-keyed. When Terrence arrived he did the work without saying much and showed annoyance at me for having 6 holes that needed to be re-keyed. After he completed re-keying the holes, he asked how I wanted to pay for it, I said CC and he proceeded to charge me. When I received the bill, it was for $600!! It should have been $19 + 6 * $19 = $133. I immediately called to inquire about this huge discrepancy, and he stated that it was not his problem and that was his fee... Total scammer! Stay away!!!
