I attempted to drill the core on my own as the previous locksmith wanted to charge me over $200. When I mentioned this he made an appropriate comment. He unlocked the door despite my faulty drilling.
He offered to put in a new lock but I declined the offer. He took time to explain the best quality locks and adjustments required to install a smart lock.
He was pleasant, professional, and I would recommend him to anyone needing a locksmith. Thanks for great service.

Quick, easy and affordable. Nikolai was very personable and accommodating, and was able to copy my house key in less than 90 seconds to the exact shape and size. Kiosk location is easy to find, right inside Watertown Mall with ample parking. Will be coming back!

P.S. Copying keys with an engraved "Do Not Copy" or "Duplication Prohibited" is perfectly legal and Finest Locksmith is happy to do it for you. :)

This locksmith, Genadi, was so wonderful!!

He responded quickly to my call and was willing to even come to my house to help. Then we figured out it made more sense for me to come to him, and he was so cooperative and clear, and really went out if his way to make I got what I needed as quickly as possible.

Hello, Mark. I'm sorry to see you giving us 1-star review for the service that you have never received, but in our "About" section it states that we are 24/7 emergency service. The kiosk works during the day, but after hours, we provide mobile service, which is 24/7, so the hours are correct. During these Covid days, we get a lot of calls from people who just confirm the hours, and it's the right thing to do, because Google isn't instantly changing hours and a lot of businesses are closed while it says online they are open. We provide excellent service to our customers and our answering service is on 24/7. If you called to confirm, we would tell you right away that the kiosk works only until 6 on weekdays. I'm sorry if you came over and it was closed, but 1 star is a very harsh measure. I would kindly ask you to either remove it or give a different score, because, honestly, it is not fair to us and our customers to see 1. 1 means an absolutely horrible service provided at the business, but we didn't even have a chance to help you with whatever questions you may have. You could also message us here to confirm the hours or ask anything you want and you should get an instant reply. Thank you in advance for understanding!

I recently had about 60 keys copied for a a couple of apartment buildings.  I went to the Watertown Mall location and the locksmith was very thorough and professional.  He made the copies while I waited and I was impressed with his efficiency.  Excellent job and strongly recommended.

Fantastic and quick service! Had to get a new lock since the previous tenant used a generic lock which ruined our keys. Quickly resolved the issue and got us new locks and keys and also explained why it wasn’t working and quickly resolved it.
