My wife got locked in the room so I called the company for rescue. They came in less than 30 minutes and brought her out within two minutes. They charged a fair price and were super nice and helpful. I had a agreeable experience with their service.

They quickly responded,sent a guy to us and went out of his way to help my boyfriend and I even though he technically wasn't working at the time and was off the clock.

I am very pleased with the job the boys sent by the company did in our place. They re-keyed the lock in the house in less than 2 hours and were extremlely skillful and friendly. Their charges are fair compared to other locksmitns we had quotes from we will no doubt recommend them to our family and friends.

My backdoor lock didnt work and I had to get it replaced. I saw the company on the internet based on the excellent reviews they have. I certainly wasn’t disappointed! The charge was very affordable and their technician showed up two hours after I called. He replaced the lock in a in a few minutes and was extremely friendly and polite.Thank you.

The technicians from the company are really good and know their work. They responded quickly to a late night phone call and came in no time. Their technicians were extremely professional and friendly. Rates were fair. Good company.

I asked for someone to come out and change the locks on 3 of the 4 doors at our newly purchased home. Simple enough. The gentlemen took apart the lock on the first door and explained that he would re key it but that its not guaranteed. thats cool. once that didn’t work he explained that he would have to replace  the lock (but he only had one. ) perfect, thats what I called and asked for anyways. But before doing that he wanted to see the other two doors and try to re key those. Sure, man, you’re the pro. And those were unable to be re keyed as well. The gentleman explained to me with the lock in his hand (removed from the door) how the part of the lock wouldnt turn and come out. He seemed very puzzled by it all. explained that he had cleaned the insides and wd-40’d them but it wouldnt turn. So now my only option would be to use these beautiful locks as door handles and install a dead bolt. I told him to go ahead and install a dead bolt on one, and leave the other one bc we may change that door down the road. The gentleman installed the deadbolt and moved back over to the first door to install the replacement lock. once installed he informed me that it didnt work either and showed me. He was confused as to why it wouldn’t work because he cleaned it etc... but NOW it occurred to me, once it was IN the door, that the lock wasnt coming out bc with these locks you have to lift the handle. So all of the locks COULD have worked had the locksmith known how to use these door locks. I told him I didn’t want mismatched hardware and he said they could order but it would take a long time. We paid the gentleman and he left. I noticed the third door that we decided to leave alone after his attempt at re keying didn’t work is now broken. I have a huge silver deadbolt on a beautiful door with otherwise all black and bronze hardware/door knob, and a silver lock turner on the other door. All in all i ended up with one mismatched new lock, a mismatched dead bolt (that turns out was totally unnecessary bc  he didnt know how to use the lock) and a busted (3rd) door lock. I understand people make mistakes, And I am partially to blame here for not hovering over him the entire time. When trying to contact him about it he has not answered his phone, so we left a message and has not returned our call (seems like we’re being dodged considering this is a 24/7 operation). When calling the company the dispatched just sent us right back to the contractor (who doesnt answer). Maybe this company is great at helping people get in their homes when they are locked out, but I dont think our contracted out locksmith knew enough to take on the job he did and left us with a huge expensive mess on a job that didnt need to be rushed.

BEWARE!! DO not use this company! Super shady business!! Locksmith tries to upcharge while on site, and had a $60 difference in price from what he said to what his boss said it should be. Even tried to make a deal with me when he arrived when I was upset at the price discrepancy. Arrived 30 mins late, was unprofessional and unpleasant-thanks for the horrible experience Tom. Would give 0 stars if possible.
