  Had a key made that didn't fix and still charged for it and said I couldn't get my money back.they have an 8000 dollar machine and still can't cut a key right

  Scratched the heck out of my boyfriend’s car & told him to “call his insurance to file a claim”. He tried calling several times to get it resolved before filing an insurance claim. They’re super rude, dismissive & will hang up the phone. They also still charged for the unlocking service, offered no resolution other than “touch up paint”, and didn’t even apologize. They’re super unprofessional & I don’t recommend 🙃
