I was in need of a locksmith. My father locked the keys in the vehicle at the grocerie store. Will got ahold of me and gave me a decent quote for his service. I didn't use the service not for any reason other than my dad has roadside assistance, and was taken care of.  If I ever need a locksmith I will definitely use Wills' service. He genuinely expressed concern for my elderly parents my daughter and myself.  That is what stands out for me when using a company's services, Great Customer Service,  fair pricing, and sincerity. Great Job Will.

I Lost my only truck key and Will made me another from my door lock! Okay so i have a 21 year old truck with 21 year old locks and ignition! Will showed up when he said he would and worked on making me a new key! It was 96 degrees outside and he was determined to get my truck a new key! After a few trial and errors mainly on the old locks part, bam a new key that works perfectly! He’s quick and has the best attitude, even when its hot outside! Will definitely call again when needed!

Will was amazing. We had a key break in the ignition while camping. He responded to our call quick and was at the camp ground within 20 minutes. He was able to resolve our issue within a few minutes. Today I called due to an emergency, the customer service was good people were understanding of the situation and made sure to communicate and deliver promptly. The technician Willie Flores in Colorado Fort Collins area, not only gave his status, came in as soon as he could and explained the process but also researched this new "smart home" lock and made sure to completely factory reset the z wave feature and that is something that not many know of since it's new technology. He went well above and beyond wouldn't think twice if I ever need his services again or to recommend him.  I really hope they give raises and incentives to people who go above and beyond like he did.
