  Lost a fob,and I ordered one online to program myself.Lucky me, Dodge doesn't offer this info anymore: MUST use dealership to program key inside fob.I called Vans,as I recognized the name,gave me a straight up price,arrived right on time,obvious pro.Other places online "between $$ and $$" their minimum was more than I paid.Programmed fob,car starts,extra helpful knowledge,I would definitely call again if needed.(Key only necessary if fob battery dead I believe:2012 Journey is keyless:could call at least 3 times and still cheaper than dealership!)

  Excellent service. He even told us a job would be more expensive than Home Depot and we'd rather go there. Actually went there to have building/ condo key redone that didn't work from HD!

  I needed to get a key made, but Ace did not sell the kind that I needed so they recommend Vans to me. This is an awesome place and anytime I need keys from now on I am going there. It's a family-owned shop and the owners made me feel so welcome there.
