  Called my insurance to get help restarting car. They have a contract with Valley Towing so they contracted then first. I was notified bakery towing would be here in 45min. One hour after I called my insurance, I contacted then and was to bakery tidings direct line. Two rings and hunged up on. TWICE. Called my insurance again and requested someone else. The insurance called then and no answer either. Lady from Valley Towing calls me soon after telling me the guy is ten minutes away, which was a lie since it's been 15min since I got off the phone with her. She stated she "was on the phone with a customer from Port Isabel and the phone kept disconnecting the line" and the guy "was at another job". A CURTESY CALL WOULD HAVE SUFFICED RATHER THAN BEING HUNG UP ON TWICE AND THEN LIED TO.
