  My front deadbolt gave up and separated from the lock, so the key would turn but not retract the deadbolt. I took it all apart as far as reasonable but still could not get the deadbolt to retract. (Even took the hinge pins out, but the door was too well fit to come out!). I stopped at Valley Lock to see what my options were and check their pricing. They pulled out similar locks so I could identify mine, which helped a lot! Then they told me that, unfortunately, this fix doesn't take locksmith skills, but persistence and explained that they could do it, but I could also do it if I followed the advice they gave me. I was able to remove the broken deadbolt and can use my door again! So thankful to have a legit locksmith in our town that is so helpful. I'm returning this week to have them re-key my new deadbolt and knob-set to my house key. So thankful!

  Valley Lock Co. was awesome. Come out in less than 48 hours, did the job efficiently and professionally. Rates were modest. Even called ahead of time to let me know how soon they'd arrive. I'll always use them from now on.

  This is a great business in St.Charles! The staff is very knowledgeable, and they have pretty much anything you need that is lock and hardware related. You will be greeted with a smile, ( even if it's behind a facemask), and an obvious desire to help you. I highly recommend this business!
