Al was very clear and communicative through every step that he took to get me new keys for my car. Sucks that I had to learn this lesson, but couldn’t be more satisfied with how Urgent Locksmith guided me through this process. If you’re ever in a similar pickle, just ring them up.

Super fast to respond and came in promptly to fix my lock. The manager Owen helped me a lot. Highly recommend their services.

Professional security service and we were able to arrange everything over the phone via pictures. He stuck to the price despite going above and beyond installing a new lock in our new door. This is a family owned business in NYC and the kind you keep in your contacts for future security needs.  Al knows security and offers very fair pricing. Excellent service!!! Earlier this year the lock on my apartment door broke and I needed prompt service... THIS IS IT!!!! We’ve used Urgent Locksmith for three jobs in the last year.  He fixed our electronic front door lock (diagnosing the problem correctly the first time and saving us $$$), he installed a new security lock on our apartment door, and he replaced two security locks on utility doors in our building.  I like that he is very timely in responding with information on options, scheduling, and pricing. He shows up when he says he’s going to show up, and I f there is a delay, he gives us a heads-up.  Every job he has done for us is of high quality.   Highly recommend!

I called them at 10:30pm. Al answered the phone right away. He was very nice and professional and within an hour the job was completed.  Very very happy with the job and pricing was very reasonable especially for a late night call. I highly recommend them and will call them again.
