  Universal City Pro Locksmith responded to our call quickly and came over to repair a door lock. They quoted a 19.99 service charge. The repair to the door handle might have taken 35 - 45 minutes and cost us a whopping $259.00. That included a 5% discount. We still have the same door handle mind you. Supposedly, the locksmith replaced a part inside the handle that cost us $199.00 but only charged $25 for his labor. I feel so ripped off. We could have bought a good quality handle and replaced it ourselves for $155.00 and gotten a military discount. If you're in a hurry this company will show up quickly but be prepared to pay a high price for that quick service.

  Universal City Pro Locksmith technician Bob accommodated my work schedule and came by after hours to change the locks on my new home purchase. I ended up adding additional locks and door knobs to his scope on the spot and he handled that happily. He delivered quality work, he was very fast and efficient, and he provided great advice as well. I couldn't have asked for more. 10 out of 10. Thanks

  Tech did such a great job for me! I was locked out of my house and it was getting late. He was here in less than five minutes. Once he was here he had me safe in my home within two or three minutes. He was polite, helpful and very professional. I would recommend him for any buddy leaving locksmith services.
