Walked around the store for 20 minutes looking for a latch for a cabinet door. Not one employee asked me if they could help nor was I acknowledged by an employee for the entire time. Finally found a reasonable replacement for what I really wanted. Great place to buy Chinese made trinkets and trash though as it seems to be crammed into every available space making the place look like a Kmart going out of business garage sale. Definitely not a "hardware" store.
It's easier to drive to Menards or Oconto.

Worker's are always helpful and they have minnows wax worms and tackle .and of course a variety of tools and hardware and more .

We are always treated so kind.
The nicest people at the checkouts.
We drive from green bay to shop here.
Everyone is helpful.  Beautiful ladies section .

They are so very helpful. They even carried paint supplies to the car for me.

Good hardware store when you need something. The sales are very good and stop by to see what is on sale that is not advertised.

Went in yesterday to get valves for my washing machine, was told i had the correct part and had no reason to believe otherwise because they were labeled as such. When i got home i realized that the cashier did not provide me with a receipt and, contrary to what i was told by the apparently uninformed employee and misleading label the parts did not fit. Returned today to try and return it and was told i was out of luck because THEY didn't give me a receipt so we were essentially ripped off. Will be going elsewhere from now on even if i have to drive an hour. Clearly they don't need my business anyway

What a great store. They have everything, nicely displayed and very clean. Lots of friendly staff. But. The ladies bathroom needs a good cleaning and some updates.

Very organized and helpful staff. I always find what I'm looking for. Great selection, has just about anything you need. It's a place to shop local and deserves a visit. Stop by and I'm sure you'll find things you need for home. From home, garden, tools, rental department,  paint and much much more. Stop in and see the friendly staff.
