  Called to make an appointment. He was rushed and rude from the moment he picked up the phone. He was at a job, understandably busy, but that is no reason to be rude. If you are too busy let the call go to voicemail and return the call later. He asked me some questions about what I needed to have done, and when I didn't answer fast enough, he made rude comments under his breath that I clearly heard. Very rude and unprofessional. He said he would come to our home to provide service later that day or following morning, and we made sure we stayed home to be available for him, and he never came. He should have just said he didn't want our business if he didn't plan on showing up. I can respect that rather than waiting around for someone who doesn't show up when they say they will.
