  I’ve never had a problem here , although It’s better to shop around before buying those wheel barrels or BBQ out front because there are better deals out there . So if you did buy one - it’s no one fault but your own. I got my wheelbarrow at Lowes – which cost less and is way better quality then Home Depot - so Ha- Ha Other than that – I believe they have the best nut and bolt collection in the area. The employees are always courteous , professional , helpful and have good personal hygiene.

  Needed vacuum bags on a Sunday afternoon. Tried everywhere and as I left Publix Supermarket I thought why not true value? There they were on the Shelf just what I needed. The Shelf sign said the 3 bag package was $3.99 but it rang up at the register as $12.99! Manager gave it to me at the correct price of $3.99

  So after researching a particular fuel I want for my camping stove, I see True Value carries it. However, not at my local location. I stopped in to ask if it can be ordered, but the manager would rather argue that butane & propane don't come in the same container. They certainly DO. AND True Value sells it. "No, camp fuel is a white gas" he tells me very condescendingly. Like this young punk who has made it 6mths at the store, so they made him manager, knows more than me. I'm just a stupid customer, right? I wanted as case of it. Lost sale of probably $100ish. The world today has taken all of the helpfulness and personal connection out of customer service. I will never shop there again. I will just pay the extra price for Amazon to ship hazardous materials.
