  I lost my electric bike key. Spoke to several different professionals. The suggests were to go to a bike shop(no good), call the manufacturer in France(no good), write the serial number for the locksmith(no good). Brad, a humble man, with decades of experience, felt that the whole lock would have to be taken apart. He was able to figure out the lock, charged me a very reasonable amount, and make me an extra key.

  Having developed and managed real estate for over 40 years I have dealt with many levels of contractors. Problem solving and addressing issues are paramount to gaining a reputation with customers and tenants. My poor experience with Adams Lock & Safe LLC began with an expensive set of Baldwin hardware for an exterior door. It was not purchased from Adams and admittedly had some mismatched parts shipped from another state. I was given several alternatives to correct the problem and I gave my suggestions. My suggestions and direct questions were ignored. After several emails and conversations, I accepted their suggestions. After numerous phone calls, a visit to the retail store there were no answers to my questions. The owner had his office call and suggested that I find another locksmith. It was not an issue with price, but the unwillingness to help a customer. This is not the way you gain the confidence of a customer base. I cannot recommend the company. Joe H.

  Joseph We spent several hours researching a solution for your issue. You had the wrong parts that you ordered from someone else. We tried to install them but would have required cutting holes in your very expensive door. This would have left very large holes to be filled in your door. We were not willing to do a job in that situation. We spent at least 4 hours trying to find exact replacement parts for your door. We even called the manufacturer with pics and measurements we took onsite at your residence. None available as your parts are outdated. If you want to replace the doors or have the holes filled by a woodworker then we could possibly help. You would still need to aquire the missing parts to the new hardware you purchased. Sorry you are so upset, but we did all that we could at this point. We did explain all of this several times in emails, on the phone, and in person. Sorry you felt ignored but we are extremely busy and did respond to every text, email and question you posed to us. Some more than once. We did finally suggest you try another locksmith, who will most likely come to the same conclusion....repair the holes or replace the door to accept new hardware.

  I needed one battery and they wouldn't accommodate me to use a card. Saying they had a 10 dollar minimum and I only had enough to buy one battery. The girl at the front desk was absolutely rude about it too.

  Melody, My name is John. I am the owner/operator. I am sorry that you were upset about our clearly posted $10 minimum for credit card purchases. The next time you come in just ask for me and I will be glad to give you a battery for free. Just make sure that you look at the security camera near the register before you say things about the lady behind the register being rude. The only words she said be fore you stormed out was "actually ma'am we do have a $10 minimum for credit card purchases". You turned and left and said "UHHHHHHHH" before she could respond to anything else that you said. She was very polite to you and it is not nice to say untrue statements. If you were having a bad day I am sorry.
