  I called to see if they had a service that could get me into my locked car. The woman on the phone asked me for my address, I gave it to her, then she said, “We don’t serve your area,” and promptly hung up! I called back—thinking maybe we got disconnected, rather than her just having terrible customer service and bad manners, I gave her my address again, and this time she said she’d give her technician a call to see if he can come to my area then said “bye” like she was fed up with me.
