This Company overcharges and is very unprofessional. They state it is a $20 standard service fee and a $30 dollar minimum actual technician fee depending on difficulty and time for vehicle lock outs. It took the technician less than 2 minutes to unlock my sons car who is a student at CSU Fort Collins. They charged him $100. When i called and questioned the person who claimed to be a manager why the high expense he stated it was due to difficulty and time. 2 minutes for a $100. What does $30 get you a 2 second lock out!!! Come on this company takes advantage of people in need. Oh and the guy that said he was a manager hung up on me when questioned. Very dishonest company!!!!!! My next post will be to the BBB

We had lost both of our key fobs for our 2016 jeep Grand Cherokee and needed to have new key fobs repogrammed. The Tech that was sent out, Tommy, was top notch and had everything completed in a matter of 10-15 minutes. The price was very reasonable and we could not be happier. I would fully recommend Top Pick Locksmith to anyone that needs locksmth services....  Also, ask for Tommy...... He was great !!!

My key fob fell off my keys and at first I called a different locksmith but I had to wait 2 days for them to get the key. The next day I called this place they came when they said they were going to and programmed me a whole new key fob in 30 minutes with no hassle and the locksmith was very nice and friendly. I recommend!!

I locked my keys in my vehicle and called a few places to get a quote on how much it would be to get out, this place was one of them and couldn’t give me a quote over the phone but assured me that they could come out and give me a price, so I said OK. She said it’s a $20 service Call fee and then The actual service would be $50 or up. When the guy got here, he called me and I met him outside. He handed me some paperwork to fill out my name and phone number, before I was even done writing that information, he had apparently gotten my vehicle open. He did not give me a quote, he just opened it. I’m literally under a minute. And then proceeded to tell me it would be $120. I was looking for a quote, I was not trying to get blindsided like that. I’m really disappointed and I feel robbed. Integrity is EVERYTHING

Tommy was polite and friendly. He arrived promptly at the designated time and place. He also advised me on use of the original key fob for use as an alternate substitute key. In summary I was completely satisfied with the quality of service and timely manner in which the service was delivered. I would recommend top pick locksmiths wholeheartedly. Thank you TPL LLC. We called Top Pick Locksmith after 3 other locksmiths said they couldn’t help us until the next day. We are 10 miles outside of Ft. Collins. Top Pick sent out Andrew who not only got to our house in about 20 minutes, he was also very polite and professional and had our lock picked and working in less than 5 minutes.  We will definitely tell our friends and neighbors  to call Top Pick Locksmith!

By far one of the best and kindest locksmiths in noco, helped me get in quick, was respectful, and charged a simple flat rate. Hopefully I’ll never need you again but I know who I’ll call.
