  I left work for the day in Minnesota winter weather only to find my car keys sitting on the driver's seat in the locked car. I expected to wait forever before getting access. I called for service half an hour before they were closed. I was surprised that they were willing to help so close to closing. They were there within 30 minutes. It cost half of what I had expected. There was no damage to the car. I was very satisfied with the service and would definitely call if needed again in the future.

  Steve and Andrew and wonderful! I needed keys made for our RV so I bought 2 blanks from an RV store and had them cut. The keys didn't work (due to them being the wrong blanks). I currently don't have a car and had no way to get to their shop... And they came right to my door and SAVED THE DAY 😁 Not only are these guys professional, but they are really nice!!! I highly recommend Tom's lock and key! They are the ONLY place I will go from now on! Your amazing guys! I can't thank you enough😊

  We called them and the latino guy that answered said it be $121 but if we gave him our card # over the phone he give us his employee discount and take off $20 cause they dnt have an access to pay when they arrived... So We ended up going w Sweets towing THEY charged us $50 and was dne in 2min and we pd when he got there w the phone access.
