I hit a deer on 2528. The DPS called Tiger Towing. I got a certified letter for a $800 + bill for towing and storage. I contacted the facility and explained I would send them the title and they could scrap the car.  They said I was still responsible for the $300 towing charge. Really? They didn't get any money from scraping the car? I feel they take advantage of people in an already bad situation.

Thankful to this company for helping me out of a tight spot last week. They arrived ahead of the estimated arrival time, loaded up the car and dropped me off where I was headed before taking the rental off to be dealt with. First Class service if you are in need of roadside assistance, it's worth getting these guys to help.. thanks again.

There customer service needs work. Also, they will charge for clean up of your car and charge you for it. Even though pieces of your car will still be on the highway or wherever. They will not call you if your vehicle was in a wreck and ask you about your plan to have it picked up but the will send you notices. (So if you are waiting for you insurance to pick it up  you will have to annoy them and inform them about the notices.) On top of that they put my bumper (which was detached in the wreck) in the car mind you I was driving a pontiac G6 so it was a small car.

Yes we are licensed and expected to clean up, which is part of our company services. You have our information where you car is. It is your responsibility to pick it up. Our responsibility is to send you notices, that obviously you did receive. We put the bumper in the car to help you with cost. If it is lost, that is on us. Since we did not have your keys, we could not put it in the trunk, nor would it fit there anyway. Please change your review. We did everythibg by the book.

If I Could Put No Stars I Would. This Company Is A Nickel And Dime Company. $705 My Truck Was N There ONE DAY. This was ridiculous amount ..This Was extortion. Charged me for keeping my truck on 4th of July when THEY WERE CLOSED and i couldnt get it.  I will be calling the BBB... MY PROBLEM WITH YOU ALL FOR THINKING ITS OKAY TO CHARGE THIS AMOUNT. U charged me cuz the officer called u too early... HOW AM I  responsible for that? U charged me for fuel that no included in the tow. Believe me law enforcement have impounded my  vehicle and ive NEVER EVER PAID THIS AMOUNT. So again i will call Better Business Bureau and Receipt is in my lawyers hands..

TO ADD to it I asked to speak to owner and the lady up front said sorry they do this to everyone and he will probably just call the cops. REALLY YOUR A BUSINESS OWENER YOU CANT HAVE A CONVERSATION WITH SOMEONE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS what a LOSER!!

Odessa sorry that you feel the way that you do, but your vehicle was brought to our yard on a police impound.  Those rates are higher than a typical tow because of the additional certifications we are required to have per state law.  As well as the additional insurance and driver training.  Also we are not a 24 hr facility and are closed on all nationally recognized holidays.  Your vehicle was impounded not by our choice or yours but by the law enforcement agency that had us come and tow it.  Your issue should be with them not us.

Tiger Towing in Wolfforth is an outstanding company. I know Charley, who is the owner, he is very honest and relaible person. He runs his business like his character. Call them for any of your towing needs!!

Had my vehicle towed back in June and the price per day that I had gotten charged was higher than what they had listed on the wall.  Plus the miles they charged didn't add up.  So in all I paid about $400 more than what it should've cost

Jeff we have never guranteed prices over 4 months. Too many of our cost are always changing. We did not change our prices to grt more from you, we charged what we needed to cover our cost and make a profit.

I put myself in a bad bind on a dirt road and they spent their whole day getting me un stuck.
